Tell us when something is wrong.
This procedure explains how to report members or content and how to complain about a SwiftDating moderation or safety decision.
Report a member or content
If you are signed in, use SwiftDating's report control on the relevant profile whenever possible. This gives our moderators the account and report information needed to investigate.
Reports may cover suspected scams, harassment, impersonation, underage users, inappropriate or illegal content, sexual abuse or exploitation, threats, non-consensual intimate images, or other breaches of our rules.
Make a complaint
You may complain if you believe SwiftDating has incorrectly applied its terms or moderation rules, failed to act on a safety report, removed or restricted your content or account unfairly, or failed to deal appropriately with content you believe is illegal.
Email [email protected] with the subject SwiftDating complaint.
What to include
- your SwiftDating account email, if you have an account;
- the profile, report or content concerned;
- what happened and why you believe action is needed;
- the date or approximate time of the incident;
- any relevant screenshots or other evidence that you are legally entitled to share;
- what outcome you are asking us to consider.
How we review complaints
We will assess the information available, the SwiftDating Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, relevant moderation records, and applicable legal and safety obligations. We may ask for further information where necessary.
We aim to deal with safety complaints promptly and to apply our rules consistently. The time needed can depend on the seriousness and complexity of the issue.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the circumstances, we may take no further action, restore content or an account, remove content, warn or restrict a member, suspend or remove an account, preserve relevant records, or take another proportionate safety action.
